Cara DelMaestro graduated from Columbia University School of Social Work with her Masters of Science degree. She is a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) as well as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Cara uses a collaborative, solution-focused therapeutic treatment approach for adults struggling with short-term counseling issues:
